nothing makes jackie more happy than birds. he has made some of these paper birds to hang from his room's ceiling.

I really like your brush strokes and the colors work together really nicely, but maybe you should vary the brushes you use. Right now, parts of the image feel muddled, specifically the bottom. (I wasn't sure what his tattoo was until I read your comments.)

Also, since his hands are so smooth and defined, that should probably carry over to all of his skin/figure.

The colours really set the mood, an insightful expression on his face; the birds seem inspiring to him.
